Submittal workflow

Finish approval
Product images and US Letter spec sheets can confirm shape, sizing and documentation. They cannot safely approve how a finish behaves against paint, stone, timber, appliance finishes, bath vanity materials or room lighting.

Use a Hardware Schedule when the same project has multiple rooms, repeated quantities, appliance panels, custom centers, revised approvals, phased ordering or future re-order risk.
The schedule should hold room, product, finish, size, centers, quantity, approval status and quotation reference in one controlled record for the US project team.
