Hardware Schedule

Use this route when cabinet hardware needs to be controlled before order.

A Hardware Schedule is suitable for larger, bespoke, multi-room or phased cabinetry projects where product selections, finishes, sizes, centres, quantities, approvals and future reorders need one clear project record.

You do not need everything resolved to begin. Send what exists now: drawings, elevations, door counts, early selections, an existing schedule, reference imagery, a product shortlist or an outline scope.

We will review the information, identify any open items and confirm the appropriate next step. If a full Hardware Schedule is not required, we will route the enquiry correctly.

The documents that keep the project clear

A Hardware Schedule is supported by the working documents needed to specify, approve and order cabinet hardware correctly.

Product specification sheets, finish approval records, quotation references and project notes are kept together in the Capramont & Co online project folder, instead of scattered across emails, screenshots, old quotes or memory.

The same folder supports archiving, reorders, replacements and future additions, because the project team can return to the approved specification rather than rebuilding decisions later.

Hardware Schedule

Products, finishes, sizes, centres, quantities, open items, approval status and current version.

Product Specification Sheets

Dimensions, fixing method, centres, projection, materials, finish codes and lead-time guidance.

Formal Finish Record

Physical or Digital finish sign-off or digital finish approval recorded against the project.

Finish code, sample reference, approval status and sign-off notes recorded against the project.

Online Project Folder

Schedule, spec sheets, finish records, quote references and project notes held together for the team.

What the schedule helps you control

Wrong finish ordered

Finish approval can be recorded before procurement, so the finish being ordered is the finish that was reviewed and approved.

Centres or sizes assumed

Sizes, centres, projection and technical notes can be recorded before the order is placed.

Appliance pulls missed

Tall fronts, appliance doors and special hardware can be captured as line items instead of being left to memory.

Old version used

The current schedule version is clear, helping the team avoid working from old emails, marked-up screenshots or previous quotes.

Reorders placed from memory

Future additions, replacements and reorders can trace back to the original project record.

The approval path

Review the project information

We review the drawings, elevations, cabinetry areas, preferred products, finish direction, quantities and any existing notes or quote references.

Build the Hardware Record

We organise the hardware by room, area or cabinetry zone so the specification is easier for the designer, joiner, client and procurement team to follow.

Identify open items

Missing sizes, centres, quantities, finish decisions, appliance pulls or technical questions are recorded as open items rather than guessed.

Connect supporting documents

Product specification sheets, finish approval records and quotation references are held with the schedule in the Capramont & Co online project folder.

Maintain the current version

If the project changes, the working record can be updated so the team can return to the same current specification for ordering, archiving, reorders and future additions.

What to send us

You do not need everything confirmed before starting.

Send what you already have:

  • Project name
  • Drawings or elevations
  • Room or cabinetry schedule
  • Preferred products, if known
  • Finish direction
  • Quantities, if known
  • Sizes or centres, if known
  • Appliance-pull or tall-front requirements
  • Target order date
  • Existing quote, folder link or Pack ID, where applicable

Missing information is recorded as an open item rather than guessed.

US whole-home specification

Coordinate cabinet hardware across the whole home in one Hardware Schedule

For larger US residential projects, Capramont & Co can organize cabinet hardware decisions across multiple rooms into one controlled project record. Products, quantities, center-to-center sizes, finishes, approvals and room references can be coordinated before ordering so the kitchen, pantry, dressing rooms, closets, bathrooms, bar and appliance panels are reviewed as one hardware package rather than as separate purchases.

What the schedule controls

One room-by-room record for the cabinet hardware package

A Hardware Schedule is useful when several rooms need coordinated knobs, cabinet pulls, T-bars, cup pulls, long pulls or appliance-scale hardware while maintaining consistent finish, proportions and project approvals.

  • Room and cabinetry reference
  • Product family and hardware type
  • Quantity by room or elevation
  • Exact center-to-center size where known
  • Overall length and projection where relevant
  • Finish and physical finish-approval status
  • Appliance-panel or tall-cabinet requirements
  • US Letter specification-sheet route where available
  • Custom-size or drawing-review requirements
  • Revision and approval status before ordering
Why whole-home projects benefit

Coordinate size, finish and function without making every room identical

A coordinated hardware package does not require the same pull everywhere. Smaller knobs or pulls can be used on bathroom and closet cabinetry, medium-scale hardware on kitchen drawers and dressing rooms, and longer or appliance-scale pulls on pantry doors, integrated appliances and feature cabinetry while retaining a consistent design and finish language.

  • Keep related finishes controlled across multiple rooms.
  • Use different hardware scales for different cabinet functions.
  • Identify appliance panels and long-pull requirements separately.
  • Record custom centers before cabinetry is drilled.
  • Keep designer, cabinet shop and project-team approvals in one record.
US schedule workflow

From room list to approved hardware package

The schedule can begin before every decision is final. Open items remain visible so product, dimensions, finish and approvals can be resolved before the order is released.

Send the project

Share room lists, elevations, cabinetry schedules, appliance panels and any preferred products or finishes.

Organize by room

Record kitchens, pantries, closets, dressing rooms, bathrooms, bars and other cabinetry separately.

Confirm hardware

Define product type, quantity, center-to-center dimension, projection, appliance requirements and custom-size questions.

Control approvals

Track finish sign-off, US Letter specification sheets, drawing review and unresolved project decisions.

Release the package

Use the approved schedule as the coordinated project record before the made-to-order hardware package is finalized.

US specification support

Need drawings, custom centers, finish approval or submittal support?

Use the US Specification Center for product data, samples, US Letter documentation, custom center review and project support, or send cabinetry drawings for review before finalizing the Hardware Schedule.
