Shipping Policy

Capramont & Co supplies made-to-order cabinet hardware, samples, finish sign-off items and project-related hardware.

1. Production lead times

Most Capramont & Co hardware is made to order.

Production lead time begins only once the relevant order, payment, specification, finish approval and project requirements have been completed.

Typical lead times are:

Heritage finishes: approximately 4–6 weeks from confirmed order and finish approval.

Atelier materials and finishes: approximately 6–8 weeks from confirmed order and finish approval.

Bespoke, custom, project-specific or specially manufactured items: lead time is given according to each order, quotation, invoice or approved project specification.

Samples, where available from stock, may be dispatched sooner.

2. Delivery times

Delivery time is separate from production lead time.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, delivery time will depend on the delivery service, destination and courier used.

Any delivery dates or lead times shown are estimates unless confirmed by Capramont & Co in writing.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout, on invoice, or confirmed separately in writing where required.

For project, trade, bespoke, custom or multi-shipment orders, delivery charges may be confirmed separately.

4. Made-to-order delivery agreement

Where a product is made to order and the stated production lead time is longer than 30 days, you agree to that longer lead time by placing the order or approving the order, quotation, invoice or project specification.

5. Split deliveries

Some orders may be dispatched in more than one shipment. This may apply where items are made, finished, inspected or released at different times.

6. Delivery address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Capramont & Co is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, unavailable recipients, access restrictions, courier delays or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Delivery issues

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.

Please include your order number, delivery details and clear photographs where relevant.

8. Returns

Please do not send any item back without written return approval.

Where a return is approved, Capramont & Co will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
