1. Our products and services

Capramont & Co supplies cabinet hardware, samples, finish sign-off items and project-related hardware for cabinetry, joinery and interior projects.

Many of our products are made to order. Some products, finishes, materials, sizes, centres, bespoke details or project-specific requirements may need review, approval or confirmation before production begins.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order does not always mean production has started.

Where an order includes made-to-order hardware, bespoke items, project-specific details, finish approval, special materials or hardware schedule requirements, Capramont & Co may review the order before production begins.

We may contact you to confirm details, request missing information, clarify specifications or refuse/cancel an order where necessary.

3. Specification, finish and project details

You are responsible for providing accurate order, project, size, centre, quantity, finish, material, delivery and contact information.

Where a project requires specification control, finish sign-off or a maintained hardware record, we may recommend a Project Enquiry, Hardware Schedule Brief or other review process before manufacture.

4. Prices and payment

Prices may change without notice.

Prices shown on the website apply only to the products, finishes, sizes or options displayed. Gallery images may show finishes, materials or project examples not included in the displayed price.

Orders must be paid according to the payment method and terms shown at checkout, invoice or agreed separately in writing.

5. Lead times and delivery

Lead times are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

For made-to-order hardware, lead time usually starts once the relevant order, specification, finish approval, payment and project requirements have been completed.

Delivery transit time is separate from production lead time.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.

Because many Capramont & Co products are made to order, bespoke, finish-approved, project-specific or specially manufactured, they are not automatically returnable unless faulty, damaged, incorrect or agreed by Capramont & Co in writing.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please do not send any item back without written return approval. Where a return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

7. Trade and B2B accounts

Trade, B2B and project accounts may be subject to separate account terms, pricing, approval rules or project requirements.

Trade access does not guarantee acceptance of every order, discount, return, cancellation or project request.

8. Website information

We try to keep website information accurate, but errors, omissions, image variations or price mistakes may occur.

Colours, finishes and materials may appear differently on screen. Living finishes may naturally vary and develop over time through handling, use, cleaning, air exposure and environment.

We may update products, prices, descriptions, availability, website content and these terms from time to time.

9. Third-party services

Our website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, forms, trade access, analytics, email, delivery or other operational functions.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual property

Website content, product images, designs, copy, branding, photography and other materials are owned by or licensed to Capramont & Co.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, exploit or reuse website content without written permission.

11. Prohibited use

You must not use this website for unlawful purposes, to submit false information, interfere with the website, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to access systems or data without permission.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to that, Capramont & Co is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, project delay, installation errors or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, specifier, contractor or third party.
