Product details

The Egerton collection handle with baseplate is a solid brass cabinet pull handle in an Art Deco style, made in England for luxury kitchens, closets, pantry cabinets, and living room or media cabinetry. It is designed for specifiers who need solid brass cabinet handles for luxury kitchens, Art Deco brass handles for fluted kitchen fronts, and geometric brass pulls with backplates for shaker and in-frame doors in luxury apartments and boutique hotels.

This Egerton handle pairs a stepped, geometric bridge handle with an integrated rectangular baseplate, extending the Deco geometry onto the door face. The baseplate increases the visual footprint, framing the handle and giving more architectural presence on tall pantry cabinets, closet, and integrated appliance doors. Stepped, linear detailing reads as bold and unapologetically geometric, while chamfered edges and the solid brass section keep the grip comfortable and reassuringly weighty in the hand.

Made in England and backed by over 40 years’ experience machining complex components for motor racing, marine, and aerospace applications, our hardware is engineered and finished in England from solid brass and Atelier Metals. The same precision processes, close tolerances, and rigorous inspection used for critical parts now underpin every handle and knob, giving specifiers confidence in consistency across batches, reliable lead times, and the option for project-specific sizing and detailing.

In use, this solid brass pull handle with baseplate is chosen when the hardware needs to feel deliberately designed-in rather than added on, and it is particularly effective on classic shaker and in-frame doors, paneled or beaded fronts, and fluted or ribbed feature cupboards, where the backplate creates a clear graphic statement, helps distribute load across painted or veneered fronts, and can discreetly cover previous fixing points on refurbishment projects. This pull handle with baseplate is used on prominent cabinetry; tall pantry cabinets, closet doors, integrated appliances, and feature cupboards; where a more formal, architectural look is required, and it suits showpiece kitchen runs, pantry entrances, linen cupboards, closet banks, and media cabinetry in luxury apartments and boutique hotels, especially where a coordinated Egerton hardware family (knobs, cup pulls, and pull bars) is specified throughout by designers / architects.
