Art Deco and Linear Deco cabinet hardware for US interiors is about controlled pattern, strong edges and repeatable geometry. This route brings together Capramont & Co cabinet pulls, cabinet knobs, cup pulls and C-pulls for fluted cabinetry, closet millwork, home bars, vanity furniture, media rooms, primary suites and built-ins where the hardware should become part of the architectural rhythm.

Use this page to compare Deco hardware families by profile, center-to-center size, hand clearance, projection, drawer use, edge-pull suitability, finish direction and room application. For US projects in design or procurement, send elevations, cabinet schedules, room counts or required centers before ordering so the specification can be reviewed before production in England.

US Art Deco hardware specification

Egerton The most architectural Deco family in this route. Use where stepped geometry, linear tracks and a more formal hardware statement are needed across drawer banks, closets, bars, vanity furniture and feature built-ins.
Westbourne A cleaner Linear Deco option for projects that need a sharp edge detail without a heavy decorative pull. Use the cabinet pull or C-pull on slab fronts, fluted doors, ribbed panels and low-projection millwork.
Burlington A compact Deco route with ribbed detail and stepped transitions. Best when the room needs a repeated decorative accent across cabinet pulls and knobs, rather than one large statement handle.
Eccleston A softer Deco choice for drawers, pantries, vanities and built-in storage where the hardware needs a period reference, but the overall interior should remain measured and elegant.

What to confirm before order

Front design Art Deco hardware works especially well on fluted panels, reeded cabinet fronts, slab doors, inset cabinetry, bar joinery, vanity drawers and closet millwork where straight lines need reinforcement.
Centers For replacement work, measure existing center-to-center drilling first. For new millwork, set the hardware positions before cabinet fronts, drawers and appliance panels are bored.
Grip type Use cabinet pulls where hand clearance matters, knobs for smaller repeated accents, cup pulls for drawer-led furniture and C-pulls where a slim edge grip is better than a projecting handle.
Finish direction Patinated brass, bronze, black, stainless and selected Atelier Metals can move the same Deco family from warm classic glamour to a sharper architectural, coastal or performance-led specification.
Room schedule For larger homes, keep each room, product family, center size, finish, quantity and placement note in one hardware schedule so the Deco line remains consistent across the project.

Best-fit US interiors

This route is strongest for Deco-inspired kitchens, reeded cabinetry, closet systems, dressing rooms, home bars, powder rooms, vanities, media units, primary suite built-ins and hospitality-style residential interiors. It works best when the cabinetry already has a sense of line, symmetry or repetition.

It is not usually the best first route for soft heritage kitchens, Georgian restraint, Victorian craft detail or plain minimalist hardware. For those projects, compare Edwardian & Heritage Classic, Georgian, Regency & Neoclassical, Victorian & Arts and Crafts or Modern Architectural & Minimalist before final selection.

England-made hardware for US schedules

Capramont & Co manufactures solid metal hardware in England for specification-led interiors. Heritage finishes suit most interior cabinetry and furniture packages, while selected Atelier Metals can be reviewed for bathrooms, coastal homes, yachts, humid locations, hospitality use or more demanding material requirements.

For a clean US specification, choose the main hardware family first, then vary product type by location. That lets kitchen drawers, bar cabinetry, closets, vanities and built-ins share the same design language while each position receives the right level of grip, projection and scale.
