Farringdon Cup — Performance Metals

Farringdon Cup — Performance Metals brings the Farringdon design into Capramont & Co's Atelier Performance Metals specification. The Farringdon collection interprets classical and architectural references through disciplined proportions and finely controlled detailing for high-end fitted joinery.

Rather than applying the Farringdon design to a standard decorative base material, this version is precision-machined in engineering materials selected around the project environment, weight, corrosion resistance, repeated handling and long-term service.

Available on this Farringdon design: Marine-Grade Naval Brass · Marine-Grade Nickel-Coated Naval Brass — Satin Nickel · Aerospace-Grade Powdercoated Aluminium — Black .

Marine-grade brass routes retain the warmer character associated with brass while providing a higher-performing material specification for projects where environmental stability matters.

Aerospace-grade aluminium gives the Farringdon design a specialist low-weight route with dimensional stability, repeatable geometry and a controlled powdercoated surface.

For Saudi Arabian projects, the Farringdon Performance Metals range can be reviewed for villas, majlis interiors, hotels, resorts and high-use fitted joinery.

Atelier Performance Metals are quoted project by project. Select the required Farringdon size and material above to establish the intended specification. Quantities, custom sizes, non-standard centres, fixing requirements and project-specific material requirements can then be reviewed before quotation and production. Final material suitability remains application-specific.

Farringdon — Atelier Performance Metals

Farringdon cup pull — engineering material specification

Farringdon Cup — Performance Metals carries the Farringdon design into Capramont & Co's Atelier Performance Metals specification. Farringdon interprets classical and architectural references through disciplined proportions and finely controlled detailing.

This cup pull is not a generic Atelier version. Its material specification is limited to the engineering routes actually offered on the Farringdon design and is selected around the intended environment, handling frequency, cleaning regime, weight, corrosion resistance and long-term service.

Available on this Farringdon design: Marine-Grade Naval Brass · Marine-Grade Nickel-Coated Naval Brass — Satin Nickel · Aerospace-Grade Powdercoated Aluminium — Black.

Marine-grade brass routes retain the warmer character associated with brass while providing a higher-performing material specification where corrosion resistance and environmental stability matter.

Aerospace-grade aluminium gives the Farringdon design a specialist low-weight route with dimensional stability, repeatable geometry and a controlled architectural powdercoated surface.

For Saudi Arabian projects, the Farringdon Performance Metals range can be reviewed for villas, majlis interiors, dressing rooms, hotels, resorts and high-use fitted joinery.

Farringdon specification rule: choose the design and size first, then select only from the Performance Metals routes offered on this Farringdon product for the actual service condition. Final suitability remains application-specific and should be reviewed before quotation and production.

Engineering materials available on this product

Available on this Farringdon product: Marine-Grade Naval Brass · Marine-Grade Nickel-Coated Naval Brass — Satin Nickel · Aerospace-Grade Powdercoated Aluminium — Black

Marine

Marine-Grade Naval Brass

Engineering route: Marine-grade.

Construction: Solid Marine-Grade Naval Brass.

Why specify it: A warm solid-metal route selected where improved corrosion resistance over standard decorative brass is part of the material brief.

Project route: Premium residential joinery, coastal interiors and selected yacht-interior applications where the alloy itself forms part of the specification.

Marine

Marine-Grade Nickel-Coated Naval Brass — Satin Nickel

Engineering route: Marine-grade.

Construction: Satin nickel over a solid Marine-Grade Naval Brass substrate.

Why specify it: A cooler architectural appearance combined with a corrosion-resistant underlying alloy for improved environmental stability.

Project route: Luxury residential and hospitality interiors plus selected coastal or yacht-interior applications where a nickel appearance is required.

Aerospace

Aerospace-Grade Powdercoated Aluminium — Black

Engineering route: Aerospace-grade.

Construction: Precision-machined Aerospace-grade aluminium with a controlled architectural powdercoat.

Why specify it: Selected for low weight, dimensional stability, repeatable geometry and controlled colour, using material specified for aerospace-level engineering applications.

Project route: Contemporary residential and hospitality joinery, architectural interiors and weight-sensitive fitted furniture where low mass and surface uniformity matter.

Product-specific material suitability

Naval Brass provides a warm solid-metal option with improved corrosion resistance compared with standard brass. Satin Nickel uses a nickel-coated naval-brass substrate for a cooler architectural appearance with improved environmental stability. Powdercoated aluminium provides low weight, dimensional stability and controlled colour for architectural interiors. Final suitability depends on location, exposure, cleaning regime, fixing conditions and the approved project specification; review demanding hospitality, coastal and yacht-interior applications before production.

Material selection by project condition

Warm or nickel-toned solid-metal route with improved environmental stability
Review Naval Brass or Nickel-Coated Naval Brass.
Aerospace-grade route — low weight, dimensional stability and controlled architectural colour
Review Powdercoated Aluminium.

Project applications

High-end residential & whole-project joinery

Use Performance Metals when the underlying material, cleaning regime, repeated handling or environment needs to be controlled across kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, bars, utility spaces and whole-home fitted furniture.

Hotel & hospitality

Review the selected material against guestroom casegoods, wardrobes, minibars, vanity cabinetry, bars and other repeated FF&E joinery. Quantities, finish consistency, housekeeping, spare requirements and reorder continuity should be controlled through one approved hardware schedule.

Coastal, waterfront & high-humidity interiors

Naval brass and nickel-coated naval brass provide material routes to review where moisture, salt-laden air, ventilation, cleaning exposure or long-term environmental stability are important. Do not assume every material route is suitable for every exposure condition.

Yacht interiors

Selected Performance Metals can be reviewed for yacht-interior cabinetry and fitted furniture. New-build and refit projects should confirm the exact interior location, environmental exposure, fixing centres, projection, cleaning regime and approved joinery drawings before material approval.

Weight-sensitive & specialist interiors

The Aerospace-grade powdercoated aluminium route can be reviewed where reduced weight, specialist material character, dimensional stability or a controlled architectural surface forms part of the specification.

Long-life specification & reorder continuity

Record product, size, fixing centres, material route, approved finish reference, quantity, room use and spare requirement before production so future replacements and phased project orders can return to the same controlled specification.

Product-specific applications

Kitchen cabinetry
Pantry, utility and boot-room cabinetry
Wardrobes and bedroom cabinetry
Dressing-room joinery
Media units and living-room joinery
Home bars and games-room cabinetry
Hotel guestrooms, suites, minibar, vanity and hospitality fitted joinery
Coastal residences, bathrooms and high-humidity interior cabinetry
Selected yacht-interior cabinetry and fitted furniture subject to material review
Specialist or weight-sensitive fitted furniture where the material route forms part of the specification
Long-life project specifications where material, environment, handling and maintenance are reviewed before production

Material approval & project review

Approve the physical material / finish reference before made-to-order production. For hospitality, coastal, yacht, humid or high-use projects, send the intended environment, cleaning regime, drawings, quantities, cabinet-front construction and fixing conditions for review so the material and dimensional specification are resolved together.
