Cabinet Hardware Delivery to Saudi Arabia
Made-to-order cabinet hardware is manufactured in England and shipped to villas, majlis cabinetry, hospitality interiors and joinery projects in Riyadh, Jeddah and across Saudi Arabia by DHL Express or UPS.
Production lead time and courier transit are treated separately. Import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges and courier brokerage at destination are payable by the recipient and are not collected by Capramont & Co.

Saudi Arabia orders are sent by tracked international courier. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local final-mile delivery. Production before dispatch
Production lead time and courier transit are separate
Manufacturing begins after the product specification, sizes, finishes, quantities and approvals have been confirmed. Courier transit begins only after production, inspection and release for dispatch.

Courier service
Tracked delivery by DHL Express or UPS
Completed orders are dispatched from England using DHL Express or UPS. The courier is selected according to destination, shipment size, order value, customs route and project requirements.

Duties and customs
Delivery terms depend on the destination
Saudi Arabia import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges and courier brokerage are payable by the recipient. Capramont & Co does not collect Saudi import charges.
The courier or relevant authority may request recipient details, documentation or payment during customs clearance. These destination charges are handled directly by the recipient.
Important
Outside the United Kingdom and qualifying US DDP orders, duties, taxes, customs charges and brokerage are payable by the recipient and are not collected by Capramont & Co.

Delivery guidance by destination
Final delivery terms remain subject to the confirmed quotation, shipment value, customs requirements and courier availability. The current market is opened below where a matching destination is available.
United Kingdom
UK delivery is quoted separately according to shipment size, order value and delivery address. No international import duties apply to delivery within the United Kingdom.
For UK-led projects shipping hardware to an overseas installation address, the destination country's import and customs requirements apply to that international consignment.
United States — DDP available
United States orders are sent using DHL Express or UPS. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and final-mile delivery. Delivered Duty Paid delivery can be arranged for qualifying US orders where expressly confirmed in the quotation.
Under a confirmed DDP quotation, the agreed duties and import charges identified in that quotation are arranged before delivery. Any exclusions or recipient responsibilities will be stated before the order proceeds.
European Union
EU orders are sent by tracked international courier. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local final-mile delivery. Import VAT, duties where applicable, customs-clearance fees and courier brokerage are payable by the recipient in the destination country.
Capramont & Co does not collect these destination charges.
Ireland
Orders to Ireland are sent by tracked international courier. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local final-mile delivery. Import VAT, duties where applicable, customs charges and brokerage are payable directly by the recipient.

United Arab Emirates
UAE orders are sent using DHL Express or UPS. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local final-mile delivery. Import duties, VAT, customs-clearance charges and local courier fees are payable by the recipient.

Qatar
Qatar orders are sent by tracked international courier. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local final-mile delivery. Duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage and local clearance costs are payable directly by the recipient.

Saudi Arabia

Hong Kong
Hong Kong orders are delivered by tracked international courier. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local final-mile delivery. Any customs, brokerage, processing or other local charges that apply are payable by the recipient.

Delivery to other destinations is reviewed individually. Tracking and clearance
Tracking is issued when the shipment is dispatched
Once manufacturing and final inspection are complete, the order is prepared for collection by DHL Express or UPS. Tracking details are issued when the courier has accepted the consignment.
During customs clearance, the courier may request recipient identification, tax information, import documentation or payment of destination charges. Prompt responses help reduce avoidable customs and final-mile delays.
Customs processing and local-authority decisions are outside the direct control of Capramont & Co and can affect final delivery timing.
Delivery inspection
Damage, missing items or packaging concerns
Inspect the delivery promptly on arrival. Any visible damage, missing items or significant packaging concerns should be reported to Capramont & Co as soon as possible.
Include photographs of the outer packaging, internal packaging, courier label and affected products. Keep all original packaging until the shipment has been reviewed.
Where transit damage is confirmed, Capramont & Co will coordinate the courier claim and confirm the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Project orders
Delivery can be coordinated around the project schedule
Large residential, hospitality, multi-room or phased cabinetry projects may require staged delivery, multiple consignments or specific site coordination.
These requirements should be identified through the project enquiry or Project & Drawing Review before production begins. Delivery planning can then be aligned with approved quantities, room schedules and project phases.
Separate consignments may each create their own courier, customs, duty or tax consequences. Where phased shipping is required, the delivery basis should be confirmed for each consignment.
