Egerton Handle with Baseplate - P1B — Performance Metals brings the Egerton design into Capramont & Co's Atelier Performance Metals specification. The Egerton collection is defined by strong Art Deco and Linear Deco geometry, with stepped architectural detailing and more assertive proportions intended to give cabinetry a deliberate focal point.

Rather than applying the Egerton design to a standard decorative base material, this version is precision-machined in engineering materials selected around the project environment, weight, corrosion resistance, repeated handling and long-term service.

Marine-Grade Stainless Steel 316L is the strongest corrosion-resistant route on this Egerton design for prolonged moisture, salt-laden air, coastal, high-humidity and selected yacht-interior conditions.

Marine-grade brass routes retain the warmer character associated with brass while providing a higher-performing material specification for projects where environmental stability matters.

Aerospace-grade aluminium gives the Egerton design a specialist low-weight route with dimensional stability, repeatable geometry and a controlled powdercoated surface.

For Swiss projects, the Egerton Performance Metals range can be specified for private residences, precision fitted interiors and hospitality where material, metric sizing and long-term specification need to be controlled together.

Aerospace-Grade Powdercoated Aluminium — White

Engineering route: Aerospace-grade.

Why specify it: Selected for low weight, dimensional stability, repeatable geometry and controlled colour, using material specified for aerospace-level engineering applications.

Project route: Contemporary residential and hospitality joinery, architectural interiors and weight-sensitive fitted furniture where low mass and surface uniformity matter.

Product-specific material suitability

Stainless 316L is the strongest route in this product for moisture, salt air, bathrooms, coastal residences and high-humidity interior conditions. Naval Brass provides a warm solid-metal option with improved corrosion resistance compared with standard brass. Satin Nickel uses a nickel-coated naval-brass substrate for a cooler architectural appearance with improved environmental stability. Powdercoated aluminium provides low weight, dimensional stability and controlled colour for architectural interiors. Final suitability depends on location, exposure, cleaning regime, fixing conditions and the approved project specification; review demanding hospitality, coastal and yacht-interior applications before production.
