The strongest kitchen specifications coordinate product family, finish and visual weight while allowing the hardware scale to change with the cabinetry. A pull used successfully on a drawer is not automatically the correct size or fixing route for a tall larder or integrated refrigerator panel.

For two-point hardware, centre-to-centre is the drilling dimension. Overall length, projection and fixing conditions are separate decisions. Where several front sizes or appliance panels are involved, review the whole elevation rather than treating each handle independently.

Finish approval

Screen colour is not a reliable approval method for a made-to-order metal finish. Review the physical finish against the cabinet door, timber, stone, appliance finish and room lighting before the main project quantity is released.

Paint tone, sheen and surrounding light can materially change how brass, bronze, black, nickel or stainless directions read.

Compare the metal beside the actual veneer, timber sample and worktop rather than choosing from isolated swatches.

Living finishes

Heritage living finishes are intended to develop with handling and time. Approve the finish with that behaviour understood.

Material suitability
