International delivery is quoted separately. For qualifying United States orders, Capramont & Co can arrange Delivered Duty Paid delivery, commonly described as DDP, where this is expressly included in the confirmed quotation.
Under a confirmed US DDP quotation, the stated delivery arrangement includes the agreed import duties and charges identified as part of that quotation. Any exclusions will be stated before the order proceeds.
For destinations outside the United States, Capramont & Co may not be able to calculate, collect or guarantee local import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees or courier brokerage in advance. These charges may be requested directly from the recipient by the courier or local customs authority.
Where a duties-paid service can be offered for another destination, it will be stated explicitly in the quotation. Unless the quotation confirms otherwise, the recipient should assume that local import charges remain their responsibility.
Duties, taxes, customs charges and brokerage vary by destination and may change without notice. Capramont & Co only treats these charges as included when they are expressly identified in a confirmed duties-paid quotation.
Select the relevant destination below. Final delivery terms remain subject to the confirmed quotation, shipment value, customs requirements and courier availability.

Once manufacturing and final inspection are complete, the order is prepared for collection by DHL Express or UPS. Tracking details are issued when the courier has accepted the consignment.
During customs clearance, the courier may request recipient identification, tax information, import documentation or payment of destination charges. Prompt responses help reduce avoidable customs and final-mile delays.
Customs processing and local-authority decisions are outside the direct control of Capramont & Co and can affect final delivery timing.
Inspect the delivery promptly on arrival. Any visible damage, missing items or significant packaging concerns should be reported to Capramont & Co as soon as possible.
Include photographs of the outer packaging, internal packaging, courier label and affected products. Keep all original packaging until the shipment has been reviewed.
Where transit damage is confirmed, Capramont & Co will coordinate the courier claim and confirm the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Large residential, hospitality, multi-room or phased cabinetry projects may require staged delivery, multiple consignments or specific site coordination.
These requirements should be identified through the project enquiry or Hardware Schedule before production begins. Delivery planning can then be aligned with approved quantities, room schedules and project phases.
Separate consignments may each create their own courier, customs, duty or tax consequences. Where phased shipping is required, the delivery basis should be confirmed for each consignment.
Share the destination, project stage, required products, estimated quantities and any installation deadlines. Capramont & Co can then review production timing, courier options and the appropriate delivery basis.
For United States projects, ask whether a DDP quotation is available. For other destinations, request confirmation of which charges are included and which may remain payable by the recipient.
