Respect the existing joinery
For refits, review existing hole positions and the required centres before altering veneers, doors or drawer fronts unnecessarily.

Composure
The sea may change its mood. Everything on board should keep its composure.
Explore the hardware
A protected cabin, a galley drawer, a large wardrobe door and a refit position with existing drilling may all sit within metres of one another while asking different things of the hardware. Start with the location, clearances and fixing constraints; then choose the material and format that suit them.
The vessel interior
Yacht interiors bring together constraints that rarely appear at once on land: compact joinery, existing drilling, restricted projection, humidity, marine proximity and exact visual detailing. Made-to-order hardware is useful because the interior does not need to be redesigned around a stock-only handle programme.

02
Compact cabinetry makes projection, neighbouring doors, drawer travel and grip space part of the design decision rather than an afterthought.
03
Protected cabins, galleys, vanities and marine-adjacent positions can justify different material routes while remaining visually coherent.

Materials & performance
Marine specification is not simply a request for stainless steel. The useful question is what the position actually demands: corrosion resistance, low mass, repeated handling, a warm metal character, or a combination of those things.
Performance Metals lets the same interior move between 316L, naval brass, nickel-coated naval brass, titanium, carbon-coated stainless steel and powdercoated aluminium according to the actual application.
01
For galleys, vanities and marine-adjacent fitted interiors where humidity, salt-laden air or environmental stability carries more weight in the specification.
02
For larger pulls and specialist fitted furniture where reduced mass, strength-to-weight performance or controlled low-weight hardware is a genuine project advantage.
03
For frequently handled cabinetry where wear resistance, marking resistance and long-term surface consistency become important alongside appearance.
Interior yacht use is application-specific. Direct exterior or continuously wet exposure should not be assumed from the material name alone. Confirm location, exposure, cleaning regime, fixing conditions and approved drawings before production.
Selected yacht hardware
Every exact PDP below is different from the featured product links used on the other project pages. Some design families necessarily reappear because the full 14-family catalogue has now been represented elsewhere, but the yacht page uses different forms and dedicated Performance Metals specifications chosen specifically for marine, refit and weight-sensitive work.
Tall cabinetry · Wardrobes · Weight-sensitive positions
Grade 5 Titanium · Performance Metals
Seven sizes extend to 690 mm overall, giving a clean architectural pull for larger doors. Titanium makes sense here because low mass, corrosion resistance and high strength-to-weight performance are useful on substantial yacht joinery.
Galley · Vanity · Drawer cabinetry
Marine-Grade Stainless Steel 316L · Performance Metals
A natural pull format for drawers in galley and vanity positions. On this design 316L is the strongest corrosion-resistant route for prolonged moisture, salt-laden air, high humidity and selected yacht-interior conditions.
Cabins · Wardrobes · Compact cabinetry
Marine-Grade Naval Brass · Performance Metals
A compact route for smaller doors and cabin joinery where projection and visual quiet matter. Naval brass keeps a warmer solid-metal character while providing the more stable alloy route intended for selected yacht-interior applications.
Saloon · Bar · High-use fitted joinery
Grade 5 Titanium · Performance Metals
A more substantial pull for repeatedly handled doors and larger fronts. Its seven sizes reach 690 mm overall, while titanium provides low mass, corrosion resistance and long-term material stability for specialist weight-sensitive joinery.
The product logic is intentionally positional: Manresa for long, low-mass pulls; Egerton for moisture-exposed drawer positions; Farringdon for compact cabin hardware; Brunswick for larger high-use fronts. The material is selected because of the job it performs, not because “marine” automatically means one metal everywhere.
