Branded Residences

Individuality

A building may have one design. Every home deserves its own personality.

Contemporary branded residential architecture

Explore the hardware

One project.
Two material languages.

Begin with the character the interior requires. Heritage brings warmth, patina and traditional metal character. Performance Metals adds specialist material choices where exposure, repeated handling, weight or engineering performance becomes part of the brief.

The whole and the individual

One vision.
Many individual homes.

A branded residence is conceived as a whole, yet experienced one home at a time. The challenge is not to make every residence identical, but to keep a recognisable design language as unit types, rooms and service conditions change. Capramont manufactures made-to-order cabinet hardware in England so dimensions, material and finish can be resolved around the project rather than imposed upon it.

01

The first residence

Establish the approved reference through the show apartment or prototype: design, dimensions, material and finish.

02

Every residence after

Coordinate kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, bars and amenity joinery while allowing size, format or material to change where the brief requires it.

03

The years ahead

Record the approved specification so phased deliveries, later units, repeat orders and future replacements return to the same reference.

Materials & performance

Consistency need not mean sameness.

Not every room asks the same of its hardware. A dressing room, a residents’ bar and a waterfront wellness suite may belong to one development, while asking very different things of the material.

Performance Metals brings material thinking from marine, aerospace and motor-racing engineering into interiors where corrosion resistance, repeated handling or low mass forms part of the brief. The point is not to use a specialist metal everywhere. It is to use it where the room gives the material more to do.

Explore Materials & Performance

01

Repeated handling

Carbon-Coated Stainless Steel

For bars, shared lounges, amenity cabinetry and other frequent touchpoints where wear behaviour matters over the service life.

02

Humidity, moisture & waterfront

316L · Naval Brass · Nickel-Coated Naval Brass

For wellness, bathroom, coastal and waterfront-adjacent interior zones where corrosion resistance and environmental suitability become part of the specification.

03

Scale & low mass

Aerospace Aluminium · Grade 5 Titanium

For larger-format hardware or exceptional interiors where strength-to-weight, reduced mass or the material itself forms part of the design intent.

Start with the application and environment, then select the material. Availability varies by product family and final suitability should be reviewed against exposure, handling, cleaning regime and the intended architectural character.

Made to order in England · Custom fixing centres · No minimum order · Material & finish approval before production

Selected Capramont hardware

Selected details. Different roles.

These four examples show one branded-residential language moving from the warmth of Heritage brass in private rooms to performance-led materials where environment or handling asks more of the hardware.

Material availability differs by collection and product family. Confirm the required material, dimensions and physical finish reference as part of the project review before production.
